About
We are currently seeking volunteers to participate in our research project examining the effects of meditation and aerobic exercise on mental health. This research is being conducted under the supervision of Dr. Adrianna Mendrek and Professor Vincent Cloutier in collaboration with a student team in the psychology department at Bishop’s University in Quebec, Canada.
